The municipality offers the investors a land plot for implementation of a profitable investment project on the construction of a residential neighborhood in the Cossack village Staronizhesteblievskaya at Severnaya street.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 32,752 sq. m. The site is located in Staronizhesteblievskaya village. There is a local road, Naberegnaya Street(7 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temriuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 14 km.

The distance from the municipal center Poltavskaya village is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Angelinskaya is 5,5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 76 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 120 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal Formation Krasnoarmeiskiy district as a right holder. At present time, the site is used as pasture and free from buildings.
