The Krasnoarmeiskiy district to provide an investment attractive land plot to implement a project on the construction of a poultry farm

The investors are offered to lease a land plot for accommodation of a poultry farm for production of quail eggs.

It is planned to use the investment attractive land plot in the farmstead Protozkiye of Cherburgolsky rural settlement of Krasnodar region for implementation of a promising project – to accommodate a poultry farm for production of quail eggs. 

The area of investment-attractive plot is 164,000 sq. m. The site is located in Prototsky village. There is a local road (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temriuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 33 km.

The distance from the municipal center Poltavskaya village is 32 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 100 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Poltavskaya is 32 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 100 km, and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 140 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal Formation Krasnoarmeiskiy district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is unused and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 200 m, to the water system is 150 m, to the gas supply system is 200 m.

The estimated cost of the plot’s engineering infrastructure – water supply: 0.268 million rubles, power supply – 0.57 million rubles and gas supply – 0.363 million rubles.
