The municipality offers the investors to lease out an investment forum for implementation of a project on the construction of a residential neighborhood "Moskovskiy" in the Cossack village Novomyshastovskaya.

The presented land plot is planned for accommodation of a residential neighborhood "Moskovskiy" in the Cossack village Novomyshastovskaya of Krasnoarmeiskiy district. 

The area of investment-attractive plot is 415,656 sq. m. The site is located in Novomyshastovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway  "Temriuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 1 km.

The distance from the municipal center  Poltavskaya village is 41 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 25 km.

The distance to the nearest train station  Poltavskaya is 42 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km.

The site is owned by the Russian Federation, with the Administration of Krasnoarmeyskiy district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is unused and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 50 m, to the water system is 100 m, to the gas supply system is 100 m.

The estimated cost of the plot’s engineering infrastructure: 0.83 million rubles for connection to water supply system; 0.83 million rubles – to power supply system; 0.15 million rubles – to gas supply system.
