The Krasnoarmeiskiy district to present a profitable investment project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to finance the project for building a plant for manufacturing metal-reinforced plastic pipes.

It is planned to build a plan for manufacturing metal-reinforced plastic pipes in the vicinity of Krasnodar. A favorable location of the enterprise, its fitting with new advanced equipment and relative remoteness of the plant from basic competitors are the factors conducive to the investment attractiveness of the project. Following its launch, the enterprise will be producing around 11.5 million linear meters of metal-reinforced plastic pipes with a diameter of 20mm. The produce can be used for heating and water supply systems. The basic sales market – construction companies, private developers and wholesale purchasers.     

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 200.4 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 76 new jobs.

A land plot of 15,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Poltavskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Tsentralnaya Street (0.7km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temriuk-Krasnodar-Kropotkin" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Poltavskaya Cossack village is 1 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest train station Poltavskaya is 2.8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 90 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 100 km.
