Krasnoarmeyskiy district of the Krasnodar region proposes to implement a large investment project in the construction industry

The Municipal Formation proposes entrepreneurs to invest in the construction of a plant for the production of low-rise prefabricated cottages.

The project will be implemented during a period of 2 years. During this period, industrial, office, warehouse and other necessary facilities will be built on the territory of 29,000 sq. m., and equipment will be installed. After commissioning, the plant will provide a full range of production of all elements of the housing construction (wall materials, floor slabs, flights of stairs, roofing and transport concrete), as well as a system of organization of construction and installation works. The volume of production per year is expected to be more than 100 million pcs. of SIP panels.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 300 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 74 new jobs.

A land plot of 29 thousand square meters was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the industrial zone of the site development of Poltavskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Tsentralnaya Street (in 400 m) there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk – Krasnodar – Kropotkin" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center Poltavskaya Cossack village is 1 km, and that one from Krasnodar is 70 km. The distance to the nearest train station Poltavskaya is 2.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 90 km and to the sea port of Novorossiysk is 100 km.
