It is expected to implement an investment project on the construction of a roadside service complex in Krasnoarmeyskiy district

The municipal formation Krasnoarmeyskiy district offers investors to implement a project on the construction of a roadside service complex. 

It is planned to build a new roadside service complex in the Maryanskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. As envisaged by the project, it will be a competitive complex, where various services of high quality will be provided to the consumers. The project is targeted at residents of the region, migrants, transit motorists, including drivers of heavy-load trucks.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 70.78 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 43 new jobs.

A land plot of 5,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Maryanskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 0.1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Poltavskaya Cossack village is 55 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 20 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Poltavskaya is 55 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 35 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 147 km.
