The Krasnoarmeyskiy District offers a project for the construction of a production enterprise

The Municipal Formation offers to invest in the project on the construction of a factory for manufacturing wall panels used in the construction of quickly erectable houses.

The purpose of the investment project is to construct an industrial enterprise that will manufacture wall panels used in the construction of quickly erectable houses. The design capacity of the enterprise is predicted to be 25 thousand units of SIP panels (80,600 square meters) per year. The project is focused on individuals who plan the construction; private developers; commercial enterprises; and commercial companies.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 51.87 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 34 new jobs.

A land plot of 513,280 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the industrial zone of Poltavakaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Centralnaya (0.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city» is 10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Poltavskaya Cossack village is 1 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Poltavskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 95 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 100 km.
